We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to serve as Head of Marketing for Lyft Business. This leader will manage all dedicated business marketing functions both B2B and B2B2C functions across growth marketing, product marketing, operations, and content, reporting to Lyft’s VP Marketing. This individual will create the overall vision, strategy, and plan to accelerate growth of this important business and influence executive decision-making to unlock broad scale business impact. This role will form deep partnerships with Lyft Business executives across product, sales, operations, and other functions to ensure marketing can develop, launch, and grow successful B2B solutions. This individual must be analytical, inspiring, thrive in fast-paced matrixed organizations, and have a bias for action. Strength should include developing creative business growth strategies and leading a happy and high performing team across all marketing functions to execute acquisition, expansion, and retention initiatives that achieve revenue growth targets and build long term trust for the brand.
Responsibilities- Develop, evangelize, and enable industry-leading B2B2C marketing vision, strategy, and plans across business growth, product marketing, operations, and content org to accelerate growth of bookings, MQLs, activation, and leadership brand
- Expand the overall marketing funnel growth strategy across product development, traditional SAAS B2B GTM, inbound and outbound marketing, lifecycle marketing, account based marketing, and paid and organic channels
- Develop strategies for integrated marketing and targeted demand generation campaigns ensuring highest quality, impact, and velocity in partnership with marketing, sales development, sales operations, and other teams
- Develop inbound and outbound demand generation strategy for online and offline channels including email, web, paid search and social, programmatic, retargeting, direct mail, events, webinars, account based marketing, content syndication, and more
- Measure, report, and evangelize impact of marketing investments and advocate for further investment to support business goals
- Manage and lead a happy and high performing B2B business marketing organization, offering inspiring leadership and mentorship at all levels of the company
- Synthesize complex data, influence executive decision-making, and drive organizational change to unlock broad scale business impact
- Be the voice of the company at all levels internally at Lyft and externally as a representative of Lyft
- 12+ years business marketing experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with an enterprise SaaS product or B2B and B2B2C marketplace
- 10+ years in a leadership role with experience leading growth marketing and product marketing teams
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Automation and CMS platforms, measurement tools, Ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), LeanData, Mode, DemandBase, and ON24.
- Data-driven executive who has developed shared measurement and tracking of growth marketing and product marketing programs
- Excellent budget and project management experience and demonstrable results with multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven experience scaling growth (ex. inbound/outbound marketing, Email marketing, Web experiences, events, lead nurturing, account based marketing (ABM), etc.)
- Portfolio of compelling content marketing programs that helped drive B2B customer acquisition, engagement and increase industry credibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for creating new data-centric experiments and utilizing new marketing channels
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment balancing both short and long term priorities

This role is work-from-anywhere, excluding the following states and all U.S. territories: Kansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Puerto Rico.
