The Head of Measurement for Performance Media and Privacy manages a team of Measurement Leads (MLs) who are responsible for bringing to market Google's performance measurement suite which privacy-safe goals, conversion measurement, and omnichannel measurement. In this role, you will lead a team to enable privacy-safe measurement in the context of an evolving privacy landscape, and you will define this strategy across Auto, Consumer Packaged Goods, Media and Entertainment, Government and Advocacy, and Consumer Electronics. You will also be a key partner to the Performance and Google Marketing Platforms specialist teams driving key learning agendas for the Consumer Goods and Entertainment sector that elevate what we know about driving customer outcomes across media and tech products.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$197,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Manage adoption of Google measurement, attribution solutions, and increase customer measurement maturity.
- Lead discussions with business leadership and cross-functional partners to understand business challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach.
- Lead key performance learning agendas across the sector, enabling go-to-market strategies in customer outcomes.
- Engage and evolve the industry approach to privacy-safe measurements.
- Build and sustain a high-performing team and mentor MLs on skills and capabilities.
