Job Description

WHO WE ARE...

Maxwell was founded in 2015 by homebuyers who were shocked by the complexity and inefficiencies of the mortgage process for borrowers and lenders alike. Since then we’ve created the only end-to-end infrastructure platform in mortgage that provides software, fulfillment capabilities and access to the capital markets for hundreds of lending institutions. Today, Maxwell makes the mortgage process more efficient -- closing loans 45%+ faster -- while providing lenders of all sizes with access to better pricing and products. Maxwell Capital, a division of Maxwell, provides third-party origination (TPO) and correspondent lending to Maxwell’s clients, enabling their access to the secondary market. Our mission is clear: to give every lender on Maxwell a permanent, disruptive financial advantage. In doing so, we’re broadening the pathway to homeownership for millions of borrowers in every community in America.WHO YOU ARE:

The Head of National Sales and Relationship Management for Maxwell Capital will lead and accelerate the national sales effort of Maxwell’s TPO and correspondent lending division. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the turning point of our TPO and correspondent lending sales to serve community banks, credit unions and small and midsize independent mortgage banks. You will set the sales growth vision, develop and implement a strategic sales plan, optimize pricing and fulfillment operations, and deliver consistent, high-growth production through effective recruiting and management of Regional Account Executives (RAE), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping product development, pricing strategies, and service quality to foster strong Correspondent relationships. Importantly, we expect the ideal candidate to have a track record of establishing and growing sales strategy for a new entrant in correspondent lending or third-party origination, bringing market knowledge, competitive insights and a demonstrable understanding of scale-building. Maxwell emphasizes rapid iteration, hands-on execution and a culture driven by a mindset of ownership.
