As Nokia's growth engine, the Cloud and Network Services organization creates value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Within the CNS organization, Network Monetization Platform intends to create future service innovation and value creation driven by digital ecosystems built in collaboration with developers and technology application partners on distributed and programmable new age cloud native networks. Our mission is to make global networks and network of networks simple and programmable for new service creation and monetization across mission critical industries, consumer and enterprises by enabling a global ecosystem of developers.

The Network Monetization Platform organization is being created to implement the CNS network as code vision. We are looking for a dynamic person to lead this new organization

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Lead the global CNS Network Monetization platform end-to-end business and drive achievement of targets including strategy, partner relationship development, management of the design practices, A particular focus will be placed on achieving aspirational growth targets.
  • Define and implement the CNS NM go-to-market business strategy and drive execution plans with all functional teams to achieve near-term objectives and longer-term ambitions.
  • Build and leverage trusted partnerships with customer and partner CxO's to help them achieve their business objectives and to fulfill the CNS business mission.
  • Drive thought leadership in network monetization area.
  • Understand and articulate NM business value to our customer and partners.
  • Build and lead strong cross-functional teams to ensure e2e business MoO execution, strong governance and business management.
  • Lead business, financial and workforce planning activities and drive execution to achieve results.
  • Provide leadership for all Nokia processes, including deal approvals.
  • Manage people related activities (workforce planning, sales compensation, rewards and recognition, communications and employee engagement).

Your skills and experience

  • Proven past experience in successfully building & driving ecosystem practice associated with technology application partners & developer communities.
  • A leadership background in markets and domains of API management and/or CPaaS markets.
  • A strong understanding of monetization models for API & SDK economies.
  • A strong background & understanding of API platforms, developer services domains and associated competitive landscape.
  • Proven experience in successfully building API economies, associated ecosystem landscape with platforms.
  • A proven ability to work in startup environments for building new business in a matrix organization.
  • Strong technology leadeship with an acumen to build new a business unit.
  • A good understanding of 5G and communications landscape with cloud and SaaS technologies.
