VidMob is looking for a talented, creative, thoughtful leader who can drive and execute strategy to earn new business from Enterprise Marketers as part of our North America Client Organization.
This role reports into VP, North America Client Organization and will manage a dispersed team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives and BDR function. They will coordinate with Heads of Client Success and Client Partnerships and work cross functionally with Enablement, RevOps, Marketing and Professional Services.
In this role, the leader will support their team through strategic planning to win business, help deliver business case justification to prospective clients and drive a critical area of growth for VidMob's business.

VidMob is looking for a talented, creative, thoughtful leader who can drive and execute strategy to earn new business from Enterprise Marketers as part of our North America Client Organization.
This role reports into VP, North America Client Organization and will manage a dispersed team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives and BDR function. They will coordinate with Heads of Client Success and Client Partnerships and work cross functionally with Enablement, RevOps, Marketing and Professional Services.
In this role, the leader will support their team through strategic planning to win business, help deliver business case justification to prospective clients and drive a critical area of growth for VidMob's business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and supporting deal strategy, deal execution and contract negotiations.
- Achieve annual bookings goal for New Business function
- Win clients that convert to successful client partnerships
- Lead and participate in high-level sales meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of VidMob and address customer needs and concerns.
- Expedite and scale VidMob's ability to increase its share of market
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer retention by collaborating closely with the customer success team to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Set sales performance metrics, effectively track performance, and report individual and team performance against targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated relevant experience ideally in Sales Leadership, Client Partnerships or other management role in a technology/software environment.
- 12+ years marketing/sales positions; 3+ years management experience.
- Experience with managing a dispersed team across geographies.
- Ability to strategize AND execute growth plan for line of business.
- Executive presence that will be additive to your team of experienced sellers.
- Experience building and managing a book of new business, sales pipeline, proposal development, closing opportunities that become successful client partnerships.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing, Outbound teams, tools, processes
- Experience delivering presentations (internally and externally facing) to C-level audiences.
- Excels as consultant to clients on novel tech, marketing or software solutions.
- Servant leader with high EQ; Lead, influence, coach & grow winning team.
- SaaS or Startup/scale up experience, preferred
