Your Mission:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue officer, you will take ownership of our North American (NORAM) Sales Organisation and lead them through commercial growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth across the NORAM market. You'll partner with executive leaders including CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer, and collaboratively with MDs from EMEA and LAPAC to drive united strategies.

Your Mission:

You will be responsible for developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth across the NORAM market. You'll partner with executive leaders including CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer, and collaboratively with MDs from EMEA and LAPAC to drive united strategies.
What you'll achieve:
- Drive greenfield growth of new customers, and enable revenue growth of existing customers through volume increase or whitespace expansion.
- Lead the selling activities in the Region, directly or indirectly, working collaboratively with the leadership of other departments and team members
- Guide Development, Review and Implement of all Sales Initiatives with a focus on achieving revenue goals across NORAM
- Act as a passionate team-builder and mentor, driving the development of our high-performing sales organisation.
Requirements
The experience you'll bring:
- Direct experience in a Senior Leadership Role, with a career track record of enabling rapid and sustainable growth and success across North American markets.
- A minimum of 10-15 years sales experience within exposwure to a highly connected domain: RWE or Evidence based software; Genomic or Clinical Diagnostics; Precision Medicine; NGS Lab Consumable Reagents.
- Direct knowledge of Oncology and/or Inherited Rare Disease is essential, with exposure to Genomics, Radiomic or Multi-modal data as highly valuable
- Demonstrable experience performing developmental coaching and mentorship to middle managers and contributors across sales organisations to drive organisational excellence
