• Lead, grow, and scale a technical onboarding team, tackling complex challenges around data ingestion, integrations, and more.
• Own and optimize key onboarding metrics, focused on reducing time-to-onboard while elevating customer satisfaction.
• Continuously transform customer experiences by enhancing onboarding systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
• Design and implement structured onboarding plans, ensuring excellence at every step.
• Manage escalations effectively, balancing team resources while continually raising the bar on quality.
