Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to join our Hi5 Living team, dedicated to developing a suite of fully ad-free productivity apps that set new standards for digital privacy. Our commitment is clear: we never sell user data, our apps are completely ad-free, and our users maintain complete control over their information - ensuring that only they have access to it, and no one else, including us as the Company.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and streamlining day-to-day activities across all teams, ensuring that our apps not only enhance productivity but also uphold our strict privacy values. You will work closely with project managers from various departments - including development, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external vendors - to ensure that all projects, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Track deadlines and deliverables for all ongoing projects and proactively follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Maintain and manage a detailed checklist of all tasks and deliverables across teams
• Monitor project progress across departments (development, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external vendors) to make sure that teams are not waiting on each other
• Identify any delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues immediately to the appropriate stakeholders
• Serve as the central point of contact for all operational updates across teams
• Regularly communicate with team leads to understand current workloads, challenges, and successes

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or operations, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
