The Head of Operations and Support plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities of GNP aaS production. This leadership position requires a strategic problem solver with strong operational and managerial skills, as well as the ability to ensure seamless support functions across various departments.

What you will do

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient operations and support services aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to define operational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations and support team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Implement best practices and automation to streamline operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Resource Management:

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational and support demands.
• Develop and monitor budgets related to operations and support functions.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services.
• Implement measures to continuously monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.

Technology Integration:

• Evaluate and implement relevant technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks to operations and support functions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Performance Metrics:

• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of operational and support initiatives.
• Regularly report to senior management on the status of operations and support functions.

You will bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing operations and support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

This role reports to the Head of GNP Engineering.
