The Head of Operations – Benchmarks & Diagnostics will lead the operational execution of benchmarking and diagnostic services, guiding global organizations through advanced maturity assessments and industry benchmarking initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-value services to enterprise clients. You will manage external consulting partners, oversee data governance, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from assessment through validation to actionable insights. Engaging with senior operational leaders, you will drive measurable impact by translating complex technical data into practical business outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Lead the operational strategy and launch of benchmarking and diagnostic products, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Direct external consulting partners to build, maintain, and operate benchmark databases and interactive tools.
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to protect sensitive benchmarking data while producing actionable insights.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey for maturity assessments, including readiness, self-assessment, validation, publication, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align educational and service prerequisites with benchmarking initiatives.
  • Oversee commercial operations, including revenue tracking, vendor management, and partner coordination.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders from global organizations, delivering a premium, enterprise-level experience.
  • Requirements

    • Proven leadership in operations, professional services, or customer success for large enterprise clients.
    • Strong experience in strategic project management, with a track record of launching new products or services on time and on budget.
    • Expertise in handling complex data, standardizing metrics, and establishing integrity frameworks for executive reporting.
    • Executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and advise senior technical leaders.
    • Commercial acumen, including managing vendor relationships, consulting partners, and financial oversight.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Preferred: experience in telecommunications, network operations, autonomous networks, benchmarking models, or organizational change management frameworks.
