With all of Bolt’s momentum, our marketing team is growing. We are looking for a Head of Partner Marketing to lead strategy, planning and execution for all co-marketing partnerships across B2B and B2C audiences. This is a mission critical element of Bolt’s future marketing strategy. Through this program we will be investing in our merchant, platform, publisher partners and pulling forward the impact of Bolt on their business. At the same time, we will be growing Bolt’s awareness by partnering with the top brands that are shaping the cultural zeitgeist. 

The individual in this role will be responsible for working closely with the Customer Engagement and Marketing teams to identity the right retail partners understand their business and craft a plan for how the partner and Bolt can grow together, and then oversee the execution of that plan hand-in-hand with the partner and the rest of Bolt’s marketing team. The culmination of these efforts will be stronger relationships between Bolt and our merchant partners and a growing library of case studies of Bolt’s impact. 


This is an opportunity for someone who likes to build and scale strategic initiatives from the ground up to have an outsized impact on the business of both Bolt and our partners. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, can quickly adapt to change and has the ability to prioritize work effectively while taking personal ownership of hands-on delivery. This candidate is also creatively driven and has a pulse on culture and consumer behavior.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the partner marketing function at Bolt - spearheading strategy, ideation, execution and measurement. 
  • Manage relationships across the Customer Engagement team and serve as a liaison between them and our Marketing team. Collaborate with these teams to drive a holistic success plan for merchants
  • Lead the identification and filtration of merchants as partners to help build Bolt’s brand according to our values 
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across owned, paid, and earned channels driving mutual value for Bolt and merchant partners (brand awareness, growing Bolt accounts, conversions, and AOV for merchant partners)
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign performance, optimize and scale campaigns 
  • Work across internal stakeholders and channel owners (social, email, B2B, etc) and broader partner marketing team to build merchant support plans and collaborative co-marketing efforts
  • Manage media and creative agency partners’ project scope and timelines
  • Lead the development of wrap reports and case studies to showcase the impact of the campaign and Bolt’s technology 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Partner marketing experience preferred – the ability to marry the goals and objectives of two brands to drive mutual growth.
  • Marketing generalist – experience managing 360 campaigns: creative asset development, performance, social, CRM, events, etc.
  • Comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly
  • Agency experience is a plus - a proven ability to pitch ideas, manage multiple accounts, play a client service role, and project manage is a must.
  • Retail experience preferred - thinking like a retailer will be crucial to lead and plan with our merchants
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
  • Balance of creativity and analysis – the ability to turn data & insights into action and creative problem-solving

Base Salary compensation: For this role our base salary range is targeted between $200k - 225k per year. Final offer amount is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to experience and position level. At Bolt, we take a geographically neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
