Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or business/product operations
  • Experience leading operational initiatives

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data
  • Understanding of digital marketing as well as core enablers to drive advertiser performance and success
  • Ability to inspire followership across all levels of the organization

We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.Responsibilities

  • Define criteria for API readiness. Partner with Program Managers on the development of specific product APIs (e.g., performance max, data integrations, ad campaign optimizations, and others) to meet the needs of our partners and advertisers.
  • Develop robust commercialization plans and drive partner activation in close partnership with Channel Partner Team, Finance, Marketing, Global Product Leads, Product Management, and others.
  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly plans ensuring Channel Partner Team and Product Management are aligned on the needs of our partners and advertisers, critical business opportunities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and goal impact.
  • Manage individual contributors responsible for leading project workstreams in support of the above efforts.
  • Lead overall Channel Partner strategy including go-to-market/activation as well as product enablement.
