This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Partner Solutions in the United States.

This is a senior, strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a global partner delivery ecosystem within a fast-growing fintech and data platform environment. You will act as the external architect of partner implementation success, ensuring that global system integrators and consulting partners can independently deliver high-quality deployments. In this role, you will define the technical and operational framework that enables partners to function as a seamless extension of internal delivery teams. You will also own partner enablement, certification, and governance models to ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across implementations. Acting as both a strategic operator and ecosystem builder, you will influence product, sales, and partner strategy while driving measurable partner-sourced revenue impact. This role combines deep technical partnership expertise with commercial ownership and cross-functional leadership at global scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive partner-sourced revenue targets through co-sell motions, joint business planning, and ecosystem expansion strategies
  • Design and define the global partner delivery framework, ensuring external partners can effectively implement the platform at scale
  • Build and manage partner enablement, training, and certification programs to ensure consistent technical proficiency
  • Establish and oversee partner governance models, including scorecards tracking implementation quality, client satisfaction, and delivery performance
  • Lead strategic relationships with Tier-1 global partners, evolving alliances into high-performing co-delivery engagements
  • Serve as the operational bridge between partners, sales, and product teams to align execution with go-to-market strategy
  • Translate ecosystem insights into product feedback to improve platform implementability and scalability
  • Support enterprise sales cycles by embedding partner strategy into complex deal structures
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to delivery standards and brand expectations
  • Act as the primary escalation point for key partner delivery challenges and strategic initiatives

  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, or ecosystem leadership within B2B SaaS or fintech
    • Proven experience managing technical delivery partners, system integrators, or consulting ecosystems
    • Strong track record of building and scaling partner programs into predictable revenue-generating engines
    • Deep understanding of enterprise software delivery, implementation frameworks, and platform ecosystems
    • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or influencing revenue targets through partner channels
    • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear partner value propositions
    • Experience working within fintech or data-heavy enterprise environments is highly preferred
    • Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience building governance and performance frameworks
    • Willingness and ability to travel 20–30% for partner engagements and industry events
