About the Company

At treble.ai, we are developing software to help companies create effective sales and marketing campaigns using WhatsApp. Currently, we are profitable and have a small but growing marketing team. We have over 400 customers, and our product is used to send over 10 million marketing campaigns per month. We’ve raised USD $17M+, including a Series A in 2022 led by Tiger Global Management and Maya Capital. We’re proud to build great products in LATAM, from LATAM, working primarily across Colombia and Brazil.


About The Role

treble.ai is hiring a Head of Partnerships to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Revenue Team, as a critical contributor to our demand generation efforts.


As a WhatsApp-based sales and marketing solution, many 3rd party stakeholders are involved in the purchase decision for our product. These may include, but are not limited to: managers and leaders at popular CRM companies, leaders at marketing and martech agencies, and leaders at companies with which we may pursue alliances and co-promote agreements.Β 


These relationships are absolutely essential to ensuring that Treble is in the consideration set and has a strong and favorable reputation among many individuals who are in the position to recommend or choose our product.


As such we're looking for someone with proven experience as a Thought Leader and Influencer with a record of GTM experience in SaaS; comfortable serving as a public face of our product and brand to large and diverse audiences.


You'll need to have a relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work.



What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with senior leaders (VP Marketing, VP Sales, Chief of Staff) to develop an alliance strategy to nurture both individual relationships and product ecosystems (i.e., SaaS user community)
  • Determine what is needed to best nurture relationships with specific groups and communities
  • Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of strategy & execution results
  • Plan and execute social, marketing, etc. events on an as-needed basis. These may include small lunch or dinner meetings, happy hours coinciding with a larger event, or webinars

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a partnerships or alliances role and 1+ role in a SaaS sales role
  • A builder who loves to be hands on and solve problems
  • Outstanding knowledge of B2B SaaS processes and tactics
  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success

  • Important: We are not looking for Sales or Commercial Manager profiles. It is essential to have had a similar position (Head of Partnerships) and to have developed alliances.
