This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact partnerships function within a fast-growing, global fintech environment. You will define and execute the overall partnerships strategy, turning partner relationships into a primary growth channel and enabling ecosystem-led expansion. The position involves building scalable, product-led partner programs, optimizing partner performance, and driving revenue through co-selling, referrals, and indirect channels. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to embed partnerships into the core operating model. Success requires a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a dynamic, remote-first setting where innovation, ownership, and execution speed are valued.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the global partnerships strategy, building a product-led partner ecosystem
- Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle execution, from sourcing to activation and revenue contribution
- Establish commercial and incentive models to align partner behavior with company objectives
- Expand into new partnership channels, including consultants, system integrators, and platforms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to integrate partnerships into operations
- Develop a data-driven approach for partner performance tracking and continuous optimization
- Build and scale a high-performing partnerships team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
- Proven track record of generating revenue and building pipeline through partnerships
- Experience in fintech, payments, or related technology ecosystems, ideally across PSPs, platforms, or infrastructure
- Strong commercial and deal-making skills for complex, high-value agreements
- Ability to translate strategy into execution with clear metrics, repeatable processes, and operational rigor
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills, credible with senior partners and internal leadership
- People leadership experience, including hiring, structuring, and scaling teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mentality
