This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Partnerships in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact partnerships function within a fast-growing, global fintech environment. You will define and execute the overall partnerships strategy, turning partner relationships into a primary growth channel and enabling ecosystem-led expansion. The position involves building scalable, product-led partner programs, optimizing partner performance, and driving revenue through co-selling, referrals, and indirect channels. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to embed partnerships into the core operating model. Success requires a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a dynamic, remote-first setting where innovation, ownership, and execution speed are valued.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the global partnerships strategy, building a product-led partner ecosystem
  • Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle execution, from sourcing to activation and revenue contribution
  • Establish commercial and incentive models to align partner behavior with company objectives
  • Expand into new partnership channels, including consultants, system integrators, and platforms
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to integrate partnerships into operations
  • Develop a data-driven approach for partner performance tracking and continuous optimization
  • Build and scale a high-performing partnerships team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building
    • Proven track record of generating revenue and building pipeline through partnerships
    • Experience in fintech, payments, or related technology ecosystems, ideally across PSPs, platforms, or infrastructure
    • Strong commercial and deal-making skills for complex, high-value agreements
    • Ability to translate strategy into execution with clear metrics, repeatable processes, and operational rigor
    • Executive-level stakeholder management skills, credible with senior partners and internal leadership
    • People leadership experience, including hiring, structuring, and scaling teams
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mentality
