TigerGraph Cloud is the industry first graph database PaaS offering with a starter kit and graph solution templates. The major work for this position is to develop backend infrastructure for cloud platform. You will be joining an exciting team to make the powerful and performant graph database engine easily accessible to many enterprises and developers, and shape how enterprises think about their problems and help with their solutions for different industries.

This position is primarily remote, but location-based requirements may apply. If the selected candidate is located near one of our company offices, the candidate will have a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in-office).

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to run North American Partner & Alliances. You will be responsible for contributing and executing a Partner strategy that supports TigerGraph’s growth aspirations in the North American. The focus is on driving incremental revenue as well as building TigerGraph skills within our partners in order to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You will:

• Lead the North America Partner & Alliances which is a key strategic pillar of our growth strategy in the region. This role sits on the North America Senior Leadership team and reports to the global Partner and Alliances leadership team.
• Be responsible for building out our partner ecosystem with a clear focus on incremental revenue to TigerGraph across all partner types within North America – OEMs, VARs, SIs and Technology vendors.
• Scale business by engaging with hyper-scalers (Azure, Google Cloud & AWS) at leadership level and growing our existing partnerships with them.
• Lead and drive our approach on partner programs, partner enablement, metrics, team enablement, strategy, and planning.
• Work closely with North America sales and cross functional groups, including C-Level team, to align on territory-based partner strategy, resources, and execution.
• Senior leadership and stakeholder management, both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Bonus Points:

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to perform at the executive level, own contract negotiations, internal team building, channel program design, detailed metrics and analysis, and partner enablement.
• History of building incremental partner revenue streams.
• Experience building from scratch and managing international Alliances organization in a growth company – databases and analytics preferably.
• Preferred locations: San Francisco or New York.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Redwood City, CA is $170,000 - $190,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. TigerGraph is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
