YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of People to lead our human resources and organizational transformation initiatives. You will drive the development and execution of people strategies that align with Mural's business goals focusing on organizational transformation HR operations and change management. You are an experienced HR leader with a proven track record who is eager to contribute to Murals undergoing transformation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the company’s transformation initiatives particularly in the context of private equity (PE) ownership driving change management across the organization.

Develop and implement scalable HR operations that support business growth including talent acquisition performance management compensation and benefits.

Partner with leadership to shape and evolve our culture ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering employee engagement.

Lead workforce planning and organizational development ensuring we have the right structure and talent in place as we grow.

Support and coach the leadership team in driving people strategies and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Develop mentor and support the People team to ensure their growth and success fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
-
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on high-growth organizations.

Experience working with private equity-backed companies and leading HR in an organization undergoing transformation.

Strong background in HR operations including talent management workforce planning and performance management.

Hands-on experience as an HRBP with the ability to work closely with leadership and teams.

Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation.

Strong communication leadership and people management skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when necessary.

Experience with scaling teams and building HR infrastructures in fast-paced dynamic environments.

High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
