The Role

As a newly created position, we are in search of the first HR person to join our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's talent management strategy. This includes overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a startup and be motivated to build up the talent acquisition and HR function from the ground up.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's talent management strategy
• Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Develop and implement programs to retain and develop top talent, including training and professional development
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand the organization's business goals and needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in talent management

You'll fit great with these skills and values

• Bachelor's degree in human resources,psychology, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, at least 2 years working in a startup
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Experience working for a startup and a passion for building up HR functions from the ground up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
• You are interested in working in an early-stage startup, where many things are still hectic at times, and where you have the chance to indeed contribute and make a difference
• Healthy lifestyle is important to you
• Interest in the longevity industry is a plus
