The Role

We are in search of an inspired, experienced leader to architect and drive a pioneering, high-performance and engaging People & Culture practice at EVER/BODY. This newly created role will report to the COO and will be instrumental in shepherding EVERBODY's distinctive culture as the company rapidly scales.

The role’s primary objectives are to craft a stellar, high-touch employee experience for both our remote and collocated teams, operationalize our values, recruit stunning and diverse colleagues, and ensure that our team experiences a sense of belonging and continuous growth. Everything we are building is to create the context for our people to do the best work of their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Advise and confer with the CEO, COO and EVER/BODY's leadership team on all aspects of People, Talent, Culture and Internal Communications

Establish the channels and cadence of communications to inform, engage, connect and inspire our internal community

Advise on, draft, publish and present content that amplifies our mission, vision, goals and ways of working

Ensure that the team is receiving relevant and timely updates, helping to build a culture of shared consciousness

Build, lead and mentor a savvy, proactive, collaborative, impactful and highly regarded People & Culture team

Establish and continuously evolve scalable, lightweight and progressive policies and processes to improve organizational effectiveness, employee development, and engagement

Design and implement competitive, fair, and equitable compensation structures and benefits

Champion our DEI efforts and programs

Provide guidance and support to our Clinical, Coaching and Business managers and leaders

Develop our employer brand, recruiting strategy and hiring processes to efficiently and effectively attract world class talent and rapidly scale the organization

Be an ambassador. Constantly communicate internally and externally what makes EVER/BODY special and what makes our brand tick

Create innovative ways to celebrate success across our distributed and hybrid teams

Manage and optimize people systems, benefit program, compensation processes and compliance for a  multi-state, distributed workforce

Automate processes and leverage best-in-class technology to scale

Salaried Compensation Range: $160,000-$190,000 Annually

Qualifications

10+ years direct experience in People, Talent or related fields

Successful track record as Head of People of a rapidly scaling/early-stage business, including directing or managing full cycle recruitment

Strong managerial and coaching skills, fluent at providing direct feedback and mentoring that helps everyone around you become more effective in their roles

Deep familiarity with managing a multi-state, diversified workforce (salaried, hourly, freelance and contractor)

Comfortable leading in a distributed/hybrid environment

Experienced in leading DEI initiatives

Tech savvy - fluent with a modern HR tech stack (Greenhouse, 15Five, Culture Amp, etc) as well as Google Suite, Zoom & Slack

Health tech experience is a plus

This is a hybrid (remote and in-office) position, and you will be required to work at Company’s corporate headquarters in New York City at least fifty percent of the time, as scheduled with your manager and in accordance with the Company’s business needs.
