We are seeking a creative and dedicated Head of People and Culture who will contribute to Webstacks' fast-growing startup environment by establishing innovative strategies and leading all people initiatives.


The Head of People and Culture is a cornerstone role at Webstacks, responsible for building a cohesive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture where everyone can thrive. Your role will include developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, building retention strategies, managing change, and scaling HR operations. As we continue to grow, your guidance and leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our company's high standards.

Salary: $130-150k

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent, aligning with the company's growth goals.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and performance-driven workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Design and implement professional development programs and performance management processes that drive employee growth, engagement, and productivity.
  • Create and apply strategies to improve Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across all company levels.
  • Scale HR operations efficiently and effectively to match the company's rapid growth while ensuring a smooth transition through periods of change.
  • Develop and enforce retention strategies, identifying employee recognition, engagement, and reward opportunities.
  • Manage change within the organization, facilitating and communicating updates to all team members to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR operations, keeping abreast of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strategize and implement initiatives focused on employee well-being, fostering a healthy work environment that nurtures physical and mental health.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, establishing people analytics to drive HR strategy and operations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing DE&I initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and people analytics tools.
