  • General Office Management: Oversee daily operations of our Denver office, including supply management, facilities coordination, and office event planning to foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years in HR, people operations, or a related field, with significant experience in candidate pipeline management preferred.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and office management tools.
  • Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and experience in employee engagement initiatives.

Location:

  • Must be based in the Denver Metro Area with the ability to work on-site at our office a few times per week

Why Join Us:
