Job Description
People & Talent
Identify and implement best practices for recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding, with a lens for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Design and implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain talent with robust HCIT experience
- Coach and support hiring managers across the organization on strategies for recruiting talent with HCIT experience
- Develop and oversee performance management, and talent development and retention strategy:
- Work closely with organizational leaders on organizational design, role definitions, performance management, feedback, and talent development efforts.
- Develop and execute learning and development strategies, as well as manager training and coaching.
- Collaborate across the organization and leadership teams to align the people and talent vision with broader organizational goals.
- Ensure compensation policies and benefit programs are in place to attract, engage, and retain key talent, and are in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee onboarding of new talent.
- Assist with resolution of staffing issues, ensuring issues are raised early and proper support provided to both managers and staff.
- Collaborate with the Office of the CEO to manage and improve an organization-wide internal communications plan.
People Operations & Analytics
- Manage HR/People team to achieve Human Resources initiatives and provide support to eVisit leaders and stakeholders.
- Work with senior leaders to develop scalable and customizable people solutions, responsive to current external factors and internal data.
- Manage objective measures and standardized benchmarks to help leadership understand employee trends (turnover, attendance, performance, risks, compensation).
- Collaborate with the Office of the CEO to develop and implement an organization-wide policy and procedure for employee-related information management.
- Ensure the effectiveness, security, and integrity of all human resource management data systems, both electronic and hard copy.
- Perform job analyses and ensure job descriptions contain up-to-date and accurate core responsibilities.
Labor Relations
- Collaborate with leadership and others to assist managers with employee litigation risks or other serious issues, as needed.
HR Strategy
- Consult with the senior leadership team on the development and implementation of organizational succession planning.
- Translate complex HR decisions and issues for the broader leadership team in a way that fosters clarity and trust
- Advise the CFO and Chief of Staff on talent and staffing evaluation, performance management and development, total rewards, compliance, and risk.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that support eVisit's goals and needs and nurture a diverse, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Partner with the CFO to prepare and manage the annual budget for recruitment planning, benefits, etc.; oversee periodic market analysis to ensure competitiveness and support equity.
- Research and maintain knowledge of changing HR trends.
- Lead bid process and transition plans for new HR vendors/providers; create side-by-side benefit comparisons to identify any gaps and make recommendations.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local equal employment and fair labor practice laws and statutes. Implement relevant employee notifications and training.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment tax regulations.
- In conjunction with onboarding and off-boarding, ensure eVisit documentation is legally compliant, including but not limited to employment agreements, eVisit handbook as well as policies & procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in the HCIT sector.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of human resource management.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in establishment of corporate DE&I initiatives.
- Demonstrated evidence of detail orientation, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and superior judgment required.
