Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of PR and Communications with 10+ years of experience, ideally familiar with AI or adept at translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for a non-technical audience. This individual will define and execute our PR and communications strategy, leveraging product and market research to drive insights and communicate our brand story effectively. They will be hands-on in creating various types of content and leading our brand-building efforts through strategic thought leadership and PR initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• PR Strategy: Develop and refine a groundbreaking PR strategy that aligns with business goals and targets the Enterprise SaaS market in CS/CX.
• Thought Leadership: Establish Maven AGI as a thought leader in generative AI for customer support by creating insightful and authoritative content.
• Brand Building: Develop and execute PR strategies to build and enhance the Maven AGI brand.
• Market Insights: Utilize product and market research to pull insights that drive the PR and communications strategy and ensure relevance and impact.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage and placements.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners through active engagement in online and offline communities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Maven’s founders, marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure PR and communications align with overall company messaging and objectives.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content for a non-technical audience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and PR strategies that drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive content decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in utilizing product and market research to inform content creation.
• Hands-on experience in content creation and execution.
