Head of Product

As Headway’s Head of Product, you will oversee the entire product, design, and research functions -  driving strategy, planning, and execution for all products across our 3 sided marketplace (patient, provider, and payer). As a member of the Executive Team, you’ll play a key role in building Headway as you significantly scale our product, design, and research teams with world-class talent.

You will:

• Manage, hire, and establish a team of product, design, and research leaders to build Headway’s industry-changing set of products
• Collaborate cross functionally with every organization across the company, leading with influence and ensuring product strategy is woven into each of their departments
• Translate product strategy into an organization that aligns people and charters for maximal impact across parallel product efforts

• You are comfortable leading the management and execution of multiple parallel product lines with a relentless focus on creating a problem-solving culture and measuring impact
• You are an excellent communicator- setting the bar for top-notch collaboration across EPD and partner functions
• Strategy is your strong suit. You have an impressive track record of partnering directly with executive team members to ensure that product strategy is a key component to each of their business units
