Your mission

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Head of Product to join our team and take full responsibility for our entire product line. In this role, you will act as a bridge between different departments such as Design, Marketing, and Software Development. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team made of Product owners, UI/UX Designers, and Frontend Developers;
- Helping to define the product roadmap to achieve growth targets by allocating available resources;
- Proposing and coordinating the creation of new products and features;
- Tracking KPIs and owning the contribution to the growth of the business made by the product;
- Carefully documenting processes and relevant information.

Requirements

- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support iubenda’s growth;
- At least 5 years of experience as a SaaS Product owner;
- Good understanding of software development and SaaS dynamics;
- High proficiency in English;
- Outstanding organization and people management skills.

Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
At the same time, you have our Bologna and Milan offices at your disposal. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model to give our colleagues a chance to work from one of our offices for up to 2 days per week.
