Our Founders

Fiddler AI is founded by Krishna Gade (engineering leadership at Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Microsoft) and Amit Paka (two-time founder with product leadership roles at Samsung, PayPal and Microsoft). We are backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Lux Capital.

We are looking for a Head of Product to join our growing team to lead all of product!

What you'll do

• Build the market-leading LLM and ML Observability product to be a pillar of LLMOps.
• Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding talent and lead a high-impact team of product and design professionals.
• Work with all organizations (including engineering, sales, marketing, business development, etc.) on delivering successful products to market while supporting the GTM, positioning, pricing, and packaging strategy.
• Own driving the product strategy, product definition, and product roadmap through research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market requirements.
• Aggressively seek internal and external feedback to iterate on early prototypes rapidly.
• Ensure products have a healthy ecosystem to thrive (developers, partners, customers, and online communities).

What We're Looking For

• 8-12 years of product management with experience leading a B2B Enterprise SaaS product. Strong preference for experience in the developer tools/AI/ML/LLM space.
• Successful track record of hands-on product management of identifying, defining, packaging, pricing, and shipping software across conception, launch, and sunset.
• Proven success of thriving in a fast-growth startup environment characterized by lack of resources, imperfect information, quickly-changing user markets and competitive landscape, and limited structure and guidance.
• Demonstrated success at identifying opportunities, defining products, and starting businesses in early technology markets based on sparse, noisy data from a handful of early customers.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication/presentation skills with a strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.
• Experience directly managing and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly and continuously iterate and learn.
• Hybrid with one or two days in our Palo Alto Office.

Pay Range in San Francisco California is $230,000 - $280,000

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks previously outlined. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location, and other job-related factors.
