We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Product to lead our product development team and drive the company's overall product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product management, including market research, product development, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of the product strategy and roadmap, including conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including product ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development and launch, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Develop and manage the product budget, including allocating resources and prioritizing initiatives based on company goals and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and growth.
  • Champion the Merge's product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and current market trends.
Compensation
  • The cash compensation range for this role isΒ $200,000 - $280,000.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
