Job Description
The essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Own and continuously evolve product vision and strategic roadmapping process in alignment with user feedback
- Partner with business development and engineering teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Gain a deep understanding of user behavior to improve experience at key points in the funnel
- Translate insights into a clear and effective product development process, continuously setting and resetting priorities as needed
- Set and monitor all core product metrics, communication to key stakeholders, and holding team accountable for outcomes
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them where appropriate to enhance user value
- Grow and lead the product team
Education and work experience requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study such as business, marketing, or engineering
- Minimum five years of product management experience
- Built and managed a growing product team
- Experience with small but growing startups
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry, preferably focused on AI or Machine Learning

- Deep understanding of how to build robust SaaS solutions
- Crisp written and verbal communications skills for external (e.g. board, investors, product community) and internal (e.g. prioritization, brainstorming, alignment) audiences

We always post our base salary range on our job openings, regardless of if it is required by state and local laws, as well as discuss candidates' salary expectations during our initial interview. This helps us put pay equity across our organization top of mind during the hiring process. Base salary is only part of your total compensation and rewards package, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant in the form of stock options and a bonus plan.
Base salary range: $140-180k DOE
