Head of Product

Deep 6 AI is a fast-growing tech startup headquartered in Los Angeles, California looking for talented, dynamic team members who want to help shape our groundbreaking artificial intelligence platform.

We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.

We are currently looking for a Head of Product to join our team! This can be a Director or VP level role based on experience.

The Head of Product at Deep 6 AI will lead and oversee all product efforts at Deep 6 AI, from ideation to launch & traction, while working closely with all product stakeholders inside and outside the company.

The Head of Product will be a member of the executive team, acting as a thought partner and leader across Deep 6 AI, and a strong champion for its products’ users, clients and market segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute our product strategy to fully address our vision, market opportunities, industry needs and opportunities.
• Develop, prioritize and manage the Deep 6 product roadmap to ensure rapid build out of our CTAS product suite for life sciences and HCO target clients.
• Develop and execute an integrated data product strategy to optimize the value from data access for all client stakeholders and for Deep 6 AI.
• Develop and deliver on an ambitious NLP tech & product strategy to retain technological and value-delivery leadership.
• Track and achieve key usage, adoption, churn, NPS and other user engagement and product feedback scores and KPIs.
• Establish User Groups & Advisory Board(s) to generate user feedback, prioritization, and buy-in across product lines and stakeholders.
• Develop and track key product performance metrics across our clients and stakeholders in a dashboard.
• Support sales, marketing and customer success efforts with solid market, pricing and competitive analyses, product marketing, differentiation & positioning and training collateral.
• Develop, analyze and prioritize new, innovative product initiatives in line with our business and revenue goals, based on smart market and user research.
• Drive recognition of Deep 6 as the innovative eClinical product leader and must-have solution for HCOs and life sciences clients (by trade press, KoLs, analysts (Gartner,…).
• Combine hands-on delivery with leading, developing, and growing a high-performing full cycle product team to ensure consistent, parallel product definition, discovery, design, development and delivery to market.

About You

• Proven success developing new, innovative eClinical B2B software productsfrom idea through discovery, design and delivery, to market leadership.
• Deep understanding of the eClinical / research / clinical trials / RWE space (market /industry, players, needs, trends, channels, …).
• Critical understanding of clinical data and various approaches to NLP and analytics to derive deeper insights from clinical data.
• Highly organized, can conceptualize and communicate complex issues, impose process and bring closure & alignment to issues.
• High standards and a solid understanding and appreciation for UX / UI functions.
• Deep user empathy and a desire to see users succeed by using user research to create delightful, high-value product experiences.
• Very strong project management skills and sense of ownership in a cross-departmental, multi-stakeholder setting.
• Proven success building and leading high-performance enterprise Saas product teams and implementing best-practice processes & org design.
