About the Position:Â
The Head of Product reporting to the CEO, is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drives initiatives forward with minimal direction. As a creative and innovative thinker, you will help define what Force should build and why. You will envision current and future customer needs, and help drive Force’s growth while maintaining current customer satisfaction and retention. As a leader, you will work for the good of the business and help others see how they can contribute to the business goals.Â
Responsibilities:
- Work with the executives, customers, stakeholders and internal teams in order to effectively speak for the customer needs, challenges and goals while translating this “what” into an actionable and prioritized roadmap for the technical teams so they can deliver the “how.”
- Develop and manage multiple programs to ensure alignment of priorities and activities that achieve business plan results and meet financial targets. Â
- Define analysis to generate insights through financial analysis, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and industry trend assessments.
- Work with the Product team to define the ROI and value, as well as the windows of opportunity for delivery of Product Releases and Epic level features.
- Utilize a highly collaborative approach and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the timely deliverable of quality product complete with transparency of tracking and forecasting of deliverables.Â
- Drive the decision making by informing the stakeholders of the pros and cons of different approaches. You will help the team decide product tradeoffs to bring in superior software under tight timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction by setting expectations early.Â
- Drive the Product team from ideation through design, development and implementation and be overall responsible for the value and quality of the deliverables.
- Use your healthcare domain knowledge to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Manage a large scope of deliverables and the ability to hire, manage, write measurable goals and objectives, coach, mentor, train and help set others up for success.Â
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology and/or business domain
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Background in the healthcare technology industry
- 5+ years product management experience
- Technical background with previous experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Previous experience managing other managers and/or larger teams of 5 people or more.
- Demonstrated success in bringing quality, accepted product from inception to delivery
- Ability to distill requests and data from customers, support and service, stakeholders, business vision and goals into a clear product quarterly roadmap
- Proven experience working with Agile frameworks / remote engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience evaluating technical trade-offs in partnership with engineeringÂ
- Proficiency in SQL, ability to navigate APIs, databases, and system architectureÂ
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range between $170,000 - $210,000 based on experience and location
