Head of Product

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling crypto and fintech organization building next-generation financial infrastructure for on-chain markets. You will own the entire product function, shaping vision, strategy, and execution across a growing portfolio of products at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized finance. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will translate ambitious company goals into a clear, actionable roadmap while ensuring strong alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, combining deep product intuition with the ability to execute in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary product organization, set high standards for product excellence, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about building foundational systems that reshape financial markets.

• Partner with executive leadership to define product strategy and translate vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes
• Own and manage the full product portfolio, including prioritization, trade-off decisions, and investment recommendations
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, designers, and researchers, ensuring high performance and strong team culture
• Establish product operating standards, ensuring consistency in execution, communication, and decision-making across teams
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, business development, and marketing to deliver high-impact product initiatives
• Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with business goals, fostering a strong data-driven decision-making culture
• Act as the voice of the customer and market, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into product direction
• Ensure disciplined execution of product discovery, validation, and delivery processes across all initiatives

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing product, design, or research teams
• Proven track record of delivering product outcomes that drive meaningful user growth, engagement, or revenue impact
• Strong product craftsmanship with experience in discovery, PRD writing, prioritization, and validation methodologies
• Background in traditional finance, capital markets, or regulated financial systems is required
• DeFi or crypto experience is highly preferred, with strong interest in the convergence of TradFi and on-chain systems
• Ability to lead through influence, coach teams effectively, and build high-performing product organizations
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system-level tradeoffs
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability
