Head of Product Design

We are looking for a Head of Design to join our incredibly talented and passionate design team. You will be comfortable leading a small team of designers by example and delivering complex problems in an exciting and new innovation space.

You will have the opportunity to shape creative solutions for product discovery and deliver high quality outcomes for both our B2C and B2B users
This is a full-time remote position.

You'll be working on the frontend of our core product.

This includes:

• Collaborating with the core team to conceptualise, refine and implement thoughtful interfaces and user experiences
• Management of the current design team
• Taking the lead in developing and maintaining the Nansen Design System
• Identifying new product improvement opportunities
• Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
