Head of Product in Gaming

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Product to oversee the development and management of our gaming products. As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our game titles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality games that resonate with our audience and achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with company objectives, translating it into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage product roadmaps, set clear goals, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead and mentor product managers.
• Use data analytics to track key metrics and optimize player experience.
• Collaborate with external development studios to deliver high-quality products efficiently and on time. 
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform decisions and keep our games ahead of the market.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile game development.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience within the gaming industry, with a proven track record of launching and scaling mobile games.
• Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including development, publishing, monetization, and player engagement.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data for informed product decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a background in agile practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and preferences.
