As NinjaTrader's Head of Product Management reporting to Chief Technical Officer (CTO), your primary focus will be to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our corporate strategy. You will understand our needs and create innovative products that serve the retail futures trading community.

Your role and work will ensure customer value through developing comprehensive product vision and strategies, forming roadmaps and participating in data-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape the future and influence the financial services industry and the futures business. This is a high-visibility role working directly with NinjaTrader's C-Suite and other senior leaders across the organization.
You Will:

• Build and oversee NinjaTrader's Product division using passionate team members
• Align product strategy with NinjaTrader's overall business strategy and long-term vision; meeting the needs of our customers
• Turn vision into roadmaps and product reality; aligning all the team around the vision and priorities
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development
• Lead the team responsible for driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes including product research, market research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launches
• Be an expert in NinjaTrader's products and how customers use them including market and consumer studies, and conducting A/B testing
• Understand operational processes and important metrics with an eye on creating efficiencies through internal product introduction or expansion.
• Understand NinjaTrader's current product position and keep a finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape to understand competitor value propositions and how they relate to NinjaTrader

You Have:

• BA or MS degree in technical field or equivalent working experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Leader
• 6+ years of leadership experience in both in-person and remote environments
• A unique blend of business and technical understanding that allows you to manage product development from creation through go-to-market
• Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into product development
• Experience distilling product roadmaps into clear presentations to executive team members
• Experience creating go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
• Great leadership skillset paired with a team player mentality
• Comfort resolving uncertainty and communicating for issue resolution
• SaaS or FinTech experience
