We are currently on the lookout for Head of Product Management to join the global team! This role will be reporting to Global Delivery Manager.
Summary
The mission of Head of Product Management is to maximize the value of the company’s product portfolio and the quality of deliverables. It is a cross-functional role, whose responsibilities comprise setting overall product development vision and goals, as much as defining and overseeing the execution, delivery and marketing process.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Strategic planning and management of the company’s product portfolio.
- Responsible for maximizing products’ value and quality of deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate Product Owners.
- Take direct ownership of the most strategic products.
- Define product development process (full life cycle) in collaboration with Development and Consulting departments.
- Provide tools and templates to be used in product development and management.
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head of Product Management of SAP Business One based products.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as Product Manager of SAP Business One based products.
- Experience as SAP Business One consultant or developer is an advantage.
- Experience with production and WMS tools/processes is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of product development processes.
- Understand the importance of and have the ability to build processes and templates in a global company.
- Ability to tackle the challenge of product roadmap and customization requests.
- Ability to meet revenue goals.
Language skills:
- English: Fluent / Native
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Personal Skills:
- Result-oriented, quality driven, and customer satisfaction driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership.
- Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team.
- Self-motivated and fast learner.
