The Role
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Head of Product Marketing Strategy & GTM! This individual should be a collaborative and inspirating leader who, while working with industry front-runners, will help define and drive new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery, ensuring holistic messaging and harmonization for customer success and market leadership.
The role will require cross functional influence and engagement with a high-performance team made up of Product Marketers, Product Managers, and UX designers to craft and set strategy, define roadmaps and work with engineering to deliver and then guide the execution to quantitative business impact.
The role is highly matrixed and requires a humble yet innovative leader that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning exec stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. The individual is expected to know the market challenges, opportunity and growth path while working with senior level customer stakeholders to drive adoption proliferating the success of the product suite.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a robust, systematic product marketing strategy and proactively engage with key executive stakeholders across all relevant functions (Commercial, Medical, Marketing & IT).
- Understand and influence customers’ commercial & solution strategy to grow and sustain the revenue from the Axtria suite of products and solutions.
- Develop messaging for adoption of products and solutions for new and existing customer base.
- Provide thought leadership and direction to customer-facing teams including creating and maintaining relationships with customer’s executive leadership.
- As a key stakeholder, offer customer-led strategic guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in the products.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Sales, Consulting & Services) across the customer lifecycle from initial sale to delivery and beyond to ensure customer success.
- Serve as an evangelist by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publications.
- Work with product management to tier releases and develop a holistic and cohesive product announcement and launch strategy.
- Create and maintain a library of sales assets, customer presentations and competitive materials.
- Manage relationships with agency & SI partners.
Requirements
- 25+ years of experience; primarily in a client facing role at a top consulting / industry SaaS firm.
- Experience and proven track record of dealing with IT, business, C-level executives.
- Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and inspire teams.
- Entrepreneurial with an ability to create and follow plans yet flexible enough to respond to change while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop concise & compelling messaging.
- Direct product experience with CRM and Omnichannel applications and commercial business processes highly preferred.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations ~ 25%.
- This is a Hybrid work opportunity with 2-3 days required onsite in NJ.Â
The exact nature of duties, level of role as well as the salary and compensation package will be commensurate with experience and salary history.
