Your Mission

We’re looking for a driven and innovative Product Leader with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS startups to significant revenue milestones. In this role, you’ll shape and execute a scalable product strategy that positions OMNIPEAK as a market leader.

You’ll own and manage a high-impact product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. By leveraging customer insights, user research, and data, you will refine our product offerings to meet and exceed market demands. As a key team member, you will work closely with our Co-Founders and leadership team to build a world-class product organization and spearhead innovation.

Your Responsibility

Product Strategy: Define and execute a bold, scalable product strategy aligned with company objectives.

Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap to drive impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, professional services, Customer success, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product initiatives.

Customer Focus: Conduct user research and feedback analysis to prioritize product features and enhancements.

Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery from ideation to launch.

Metrics and Optimization: Define key metrics and utilize data insights to drive continuous improvement and product-market fit.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a small yet high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Your Talent & Profile

• 5+ years of experience in product leadership, with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS products; experience with AI-driven technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing product strategies aligned with company and market goals.
• Expertise in user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making to inform product priorities.
• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs for product performance.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on efficiency and best practices.
• Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments, with a strong understanding of scaling challenges and processes.
• Decisive and strategic thinker, capable of pivoting as needed in a dynamic market landscape.
• Passion for experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement to achieve product-market fit.
• Professional proficiency in English (business fluent) is required. Strong German skills are a plus.
