YPrime is searching for a Head of Professional Services to establish a standardized consulting practice that drives market adoption of YPrime’s varying products and services. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership as it relates to defining a commercial path towards the alignment, growth, and profitability of YPrime’s existing service offerings. You’ll be based remotely or in our Malvern, PA headquarters or Raleigh, NC office.
At YPrime, we help our clients in the Pharma and Biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps. We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.
Does our mission sound like something you can get behind? If so, here’s what we need from you:
- 5+ years of business development and operational experience in the Pharma, CRO, and Biotech industries
- 5+ years of experience in a Consulting or Professional Services environment
- Experience establishing or leading professional services teams, preferably in the eClinical, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industry
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders on organizational strategy, design, and talent optimization
- Â
Have these things too? Even better!
- Strong knowledge of eCOA, IRT, Clinical Supplies, Patient Engagement, Data Science, or similar technologies and service offerings
- A strong network within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated track record of leading and integrating high-performance, cross-functional teams
- Strong selling and presentation skills
Here are some more details about the job:
- You’ll lead all consulting-related sales efforts and manage the communication and collaboration between various teams, departments, subject matter experts, marketing, and other stakeholders
- You’ll develop and implement a consulting practice across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and streamlines opportunities for growth
- You’ll develop a pipeline of new business and revenue streams for the company
- You’ll grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services
- You’ll achieve quota and account for all consulting-related sales and coordination activities
- You’ll partner with the CEO, COO, Head of Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to build bridges and increase operational efficiency
- You’ll develop an understanding of current and prospective client needs
- You’ll build a high-quality, high-performing consulting practice that can achieve the department’s short and long-term targets
