Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 13 years of experience in consulting, project management, and stakeholder management in Digital Advertising
  • 10 years of people management experience
  • Experience in coding (e.g., Python, Java, or C ), databases (e.g. SQL), and web technology (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)


Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience consulting in a technology field
  • Experience working in the digital advertising industry
  • Experience working in business organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating solutions
  • Experience in technical consulting, technical sales, sales engineering, Google's platforms/technology, digital operations, or professional consulting
  • Experience leading teams that deliver digital transformation solutions for partners

Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

The gTech Professional Services (gPS) Sellside Partnerships team supports the Global Partnerships' Sellside organization's priorities and growth initiatives. As a Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing managers supporting Google's video partners globally. You will work across gTech, Product, and Engineering teams to bring the best solutions to help achieve publisher business objectives.

In this role, you will focus on building and scaling professional services and solutions for Google's partners. In this role, you will lead a team of technical thought leaders who seek to understand our publishers' business objectives and are committed to helping them achieve those goals through technical innovation and executional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in an organization, delivering technical operations across four key functions in the gPS Sellside Partnerships organization.
  • Drive the goals of the organization, establishing close relationships with executive leaders in Global Partnerships, Product Management, and Engineering teams. Ensure strategic alignment on opportunities and customer priorities making professional services a differentiator.
  • Manage and direct executive level conversations with stakeholders and customers to translate business objectives into technical projects.
  • Define priorities and resourcing plans and manage a Solutions team, focused on depth and breadth of impact.
