If so, we are looking for a Head of Programs, Field Readiness, who will report to our Head of Global Field Readiness, to lead a Field Readiness Programs team and have a critical voice with Asana’s sales leadership team. This high-impact role will influence Asana’s go-to-market programs and will ensure that generations of world-class, high-performing sales teams reach their full potential.Â
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve
- Hire and develop a high-performing team to build key skill/ development and revenue driving programs for the Field Readiness organization; coach and inspire them to be trusted partners to the business and successfully build and deliver global sales programs including sales skills, onboarding, customer engagement process/methodology, manager development, coaching and more.
- You will utilize data and insights to uncover gaps, identify opportunities and shape the sales programs that will help drive and increase revenue within the field sales organization.
- Align to the needs of the global revenue business and incorporate voice of the field
- Help determine global enablement strategy, structure and roadmap as a key member of the Field Readiness Leadership team.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales/customer success leadership or PMM
- 3+ years managing a high performing team
- Exceptional coach that can lead by exampleÂ
- An inspirational communicator that can build meaningful relationships with our regional stakeholders & revenue partners
- Deep expertise in sales strategy/process/workflow, enablement and change management
- Highly results oriented and keen to measure and optimize the impact of enablement through metrics that are aligned to our business objectivesÂ
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent work experience
- Experience being part of a scaling, global sales & CS team larger than 500+ and deeply versed in modern sales tools/systems (Salesforce, Chorus/Gong, etc.)

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $234,000 - $316,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
