Job Description

As the Head of Property Management for Avenue One, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company’s Property Management service. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and execute a forward-looking strategic vision for Avenue One's Property Management service that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Establish Avenue One’s Property Management service and partner network as a distribution channel for new products and services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, while ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Responsible for optimizing Avenue One's Property Management Partner network and serving as the direct point of contact for strategic conversations with partners.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance, promote accountability, and identify opportunities to improve Avenue One's Property Management service. Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on Property Management KPIs and objectives.
• Work directly with Capital Marketplace teams (e.g., Client Services, Trading, Portfolio Management) to execute Capital Partner strategies for homes managed on the Avenue One platform.
• Collaborate with Renovation to optimize communication and transition cycles between Inspection, Renovation, Turns, and ongoing Repairs and Maintenance.
• Partner with the Engineering team to design data and technology solutions that strengthen Avenue One's Property Management oversight infrastructure.

Experience required.

• 10-15 years in a senior leadership role, real estate experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of the dynamics and value of competitive network models
• Experience in building marketplaces for services or products
• Experience in managing and leading successful partnerships
• Strong understanding of scaling a rapidly growing business
• Ability to drive results through data & KPIs
• Strong cross-functional and consensus-building capability
• Continuous improvement mindset

  Salary Range 

  The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $200-250k at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
