Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Public Relations to develop and execute public relations strategies to increase our startup's visibility, credibility, and awareness among target audiences, stakeholders, and the media. They will work closely with the global CEO and the marketing team in shaping our brand image and establishing a positive reputation, and expand our market presence in the US. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy aligned with the startup's goals and target audience. Identify key messages and stories to communicate to the media and the public

2. Brand Development and Management: Build and nurture a strong brand identity for CADDi in the SaaS industry. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

3. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers. Pitch stories, press releases, and interview opportunities to secure media coverage and prepare spokespeople within the company for media interactions.

4. Content Creation: Develop compelling press releases, articles, blog posts, and other written materials. Craft messaging that effectively communicates the startup's mission, values, and accomplishments and manages content distribution across various channels.

5. Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to handle potential PR crises. Respond to and mitigate negative publicity or press inquiries effectively.

6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing public relations team. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

With these responsibilities in mind, our "Ideal Candidate" should possess the following attributes:

• Proven experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions that drive growth and profitability.

• Possess a strong background in SaaS public relations strategies
• Familiarity with PR software and analytics tools, loves public relations and knows wide variety of PR approaches of best practice companies
• Strong written and communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
• A keen intellect, capable of advanced analytical and critical thinking, able to solve problems, and drive complex decision making.
• Person who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, take ownership to deliver results, do whatever it takes no matter how strategic or operational that work is
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer acquisition.
