Job Summary:Â
We are seeking a meticulous Head of Quality Assurance with a focus on the AI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and scalable enterprise software, a keen eye for strategically creating, driving and implementing processes and projects for a high level of quality for enterprise software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI technology solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:Â
- Develops the vision and builds the culture and work standards across the entire technical team in the company.
- Takes ownership for the department’s performance as well as responsibility over the resolution of technical issues and debugging activities of the business’s software/products.
- In charge of reviewing and approving impending and on-going product quality control activities for effective issues resolution and timely release of software/product.
- Follows up on all quality assurance activities ensuring compliance with established standards and customer SLAs.
- Manages corrective action as well as preventative action, but with emphasis on root cause analyses in order to ensure that software/product issues are deterred from recurring once they are resolved.
- Approves and develops analytical reports, any changes in quality assurance processes, and any reports and recommendations for software/product management.
- Works with this team during the development of new software/products and in establishing key quality checkpoints for new products and processes, identifying and resolving potential issues at each stage, and guaranteeing a high-quality final product.
- Coordinates with engineering department leadership on release timelines of software/products and establishing minimum release qualifications.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging best practices and adopts the most suitable for application for quality assurance.
- Creates detailed, comprehensive test cases that cover a wide range of scenarios, including edge cases and potential failure points.
- Designs, implements, and maintains automated test scripts for AI applications and components.
- Integrates automated testing into the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for the entire scope of activities for quality assurance for all the of the company’s technology.
Required Skills & Abilities:Â

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years experience delivering quality software at Enterprise scale, ideally in a large company.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the AI sector.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data science principles.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks, both manual and automated.
- Certifications in software testing or AI-related domains.
- Exposure to security testing for AI applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This is a fully remote position.
