Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as make sure sales goals are met
- Conduct final interviews for the real estate sales staff.
- Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, acquire financing, and appropriately fill out sale paperwork
- Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment

BA/BS degree or equivalent

8+ Years of experience in real estate sales

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Experience with Real Estate Wholesaling

Experience with Real Estate Brokerage

Experience training sales teams, developing playbooks and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+)

Knowledge of ZOHO CRM is a plus

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree economics, finance, international business and background in analytics 5+ years of relevant work experience Experience working in a customer relationship management platform (CRM - Zoho CRM is a plus) Knowledge of real estate is a plus Required english proficiency (C1) Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
