The Head of Relationship Management Strategy and Market Engagement is responsible for driving coordinated client engagement in order to achieve strategic business objectives. Reporting to the Global Head of Relationship Management, and working across Relationship Excellence, Product, Marketing, and Controllers the Head of Relationship Management Strategy is responsible for:
- Translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes that we can monitor and manage.
- Define outcomes required, execution path and metrics.
- Develop an execution plan based on client data trends and information.
- Identify processes to deliver outcomes.
- Measure strategic outcomes.
- Coordinating relationship campaign efforts in order to:
- Define engagement strategy at global, regional, and client levels.
- Highlight servicing and engagement trends to help drive improvements and effectiveness.
- Identify and progress new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Ensure campaigns incorporate internal and external data analyses, and third-party industry feedback (including consultants, lawyers, auditors, regulators, etc.)
- Report on deliverables and progress
- Working with key groups to optimize initiatives that enhance client engagement, including:
- Marketing to drive relevant messaging, collateral and events for existing clients.
- VOC to highlight trends and identify business and investment priorities.
- Shared Services and Controllers, to ensure development of appropriate tools (e.g., Client Plans, data metrices, and reporting)
- Product, insight Lead, and other groups, which both support and call upon RM resources.
Requirements for the Role:

- Able to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Able to navigate the organization.
- Grade 11 Minimum
- Location neutral
- Direct report to Global Head of RM
