Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the first Head of Revenue Operations at Hebbia.ai. In this inaugural role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving our revenue growth by establishing processes, optimizing sales operations and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey. 

This role is based out of our NYC office in Soho.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue operations with the overall sales strategy, ensuring operations efficiency and effectiveness in achieving revenue targets.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the end-to end sales process, from lead gen to deal closure, identifying areas for improvement along with implementing streamlined workflows.
  • Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that equips our sales team with the necessary tools, resources and training to effectively engage customers, communicate value props and close deals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track and report of KPIs related to sales, revenue, and customer success.
  • Sales Technology Stack: Evaluate, implement and manage sales technology tools such as CRM, sales enablement platforms and analytics tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop accurate sales forecasting models and revenue projections to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.

Who Are You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or related roles. Early stage startup experience preferred. Financial services experience is a plus!
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and process optimization. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics platforms and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Deal-oriented, organized and capable of managing complex processes. 
  • Extreme passion for learning, growth and leadership.
