Head of Risk Management, gTech Users and Products

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal experience.
• 8 years of experience implementing risk assessments, common controls frameworks, maturity assessments, process design/mapping, risk event monitoring, research, and scenario analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

• LLM or JD degree.
• CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certification.
• Experience working in risk management functions at large regulated organizations (e.g., financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, automotive, technology and telecoms, etc.).
• Understanding of best practices in risk management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$242,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee risk assessment processes for gTech Users and Products (gUP) globally including implementation and maintenance of a risk register, develop suitable ongoing goals, mitigators and controls, and help grow the business in a compliant manner.
• Coordinate with central Enterprise Risk Management to ensure risk processes/programs are up to company-wide standards and represent gUP in any global Risk Management forums.
• Manage risk issues (e.g., reporting, project trackers, communicating with stakeholders, project timelines, etc.).
• Support implementation of technology enablement and help identify opportunities to improve existing risk management capabilities through process improvement.
• Drive adoption of a risk-aware culture within direct team as well as the leadership within gUP through regular engagement and communications.
