Head of Sales

We're looking for a Head of Sales to join our growing Go To Market team. After a year in the role, you will have cultivated a passionate, proactive, creative team with thriving pipelines. We're looking forward to meeting folks who are vibrant and curious with excellent management skills and a fondness for problem-solving. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult students in the U.S.

The Head of Sales will:

• Report to the CEO
• Be accountable for the achievement of our targets, and the effectiveness of our sales team
• Become an expert on our product and market
• Create a learning and development program with a weekly rhythm
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Success to build a holistic go-to-market engine.
• Produce and manage hygiene of sales enablement assets
• Conduct weekly reviews of each rep's activity; get in the weeds and innovate on strategy
• Provide weekly sales, pipeline, and individual performance reporting to leadership

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management at a successful startup ideally in higher ed or healthcare
• Experience building processes from scratch and creating support while doing it
• Are quality driven - your standards are high, and you take appropriate action to ensure your team meets those standards
• A love for problem-solving and comfortable asking for help and admitting mistakes
• Have an urgency to innovate - you know that speed is the name of the game and believe in failing fast
• Experience creating and providing trainings that are motivating, and sticky
• An empathetic leader - you know how to build the foundation of trust that will motivate your team

Mantra Health is a digital mental health clinic on a mission to improve young peoples' mental healthcare access through clinical services, software, and design. Since our founding in 2018, we've built a comprehensive treatment service for young adults with various mental health conditions. We've raised over $27 million to work with students at universities and colleges across the country such as MIT, Cornell, and the University of Minnesota. Our students see clinically significant differences in their mental health during treatment with us.
