This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales DACH - REMOTE. This role will have a significant impact on the Agency Marketplace as you lead the commercial organization in the DACH markets. You will drive sustainable results and team performance, while fostering key relationships with clients. Your expertise in the travel tech landscape will ensure that our partner company remains a leader in delivering innovative travel solutions, ultimately shaping the future of travel retailing. As a strategic thinker, you will also identify market opportunities and steer the team to success through data-driven decisions.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the Agency Marketplace commercial organization to deliver sustainable results in DACH markets
  • Define and implement strategies that enhance team performance
  • Develop and nurture key client relationships within the German market
  • Demonstrate understanding of customer ecosystems and future strategies
  • Understand customer critical business issues and present tailored technology solutions
  • Monitor performance of cross-functional teams connected to the organization
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose value-adding business solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities
  • Engage in discussions with technical contributors and C-level executives
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in a commercial leadership role with responsibility for sales results
  • 5-10 years in a SaaS Sales management environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Passion for understanding and providing tailored solutions to clients
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Established network across the DACH region
  • Prior experience in the travel industry
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
