We have a suite of API products that automate tax-related workflows for any internet company. Those products are Lookup, Tax, Invoicing, and Reporting.
We may discover novel customer needs as we learn, and spin up new products as needed.

Fonoa’s ambition is to become the tax provider of choice on a global scale and we’re increasing our overall commercial/GTM traction, given the demand and market opportunity we have in terms of solution. We’re now looking for our first Head of Sales to build, manage and develop a global high-performing team, and ensure we’re able to meet our revenue objectives as a business.
This is an opportunity to join an earlier stage sales organization, build a sales strategy for growth and have a chance to work with talented and global professionals who are credible within Enterprise/SaaS.

- Creating an enterprise sales/GTM strategy that will help us accelerate our ARR goals
- Hiring top talent and a team of high performers across the sales organization.
- Ensure we have the right infrastructure end to end to enable our team to succeed; sales onboarding, playbooks, sales training, sales methodology, quota’s etc
- Work with our CRO in creating sales targets as well parameters to measure performance
- Be our expert in the product, sales positioning, individual customer profile (ICP), their pain points, and how our solution solved their pain. You’re essentially a trusted advisor in the commercial organization.
- Play a role in building the sales culture for Fonoa, ensuring the dynamics are in line with our wider ways of thinking and operating. We want to create a culture of people who possess high autonomy and a sense of ownership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, solutions design, and customer success team on our overall commercial strategy.
- You are an experienced sales professional within the B2B/SaaS space
- Have experience running and coaching an experienced team of Account Executive’s
- You have a passion in sales and driving value to your customers, knowing how to develop strong relationships as well as partner effectively with internal teams
- You have a track record in working on high-value enterprise deals and substantially increasing a company's ARR
- You’ve come from an environment where sales is consultative, complex, technical yet innovative when it comes to the overall value proposition, You’re able to influence and target C-level decision-makers in Finance
- Are a strong people manager; you love leading by example, serving your team, and providing clarity and direction to the team
- Are analytical, process-led, and strategic thinker that is daily solving problems
- Team and goal-oriented. High output; low ego.
